What I do not understand is why is the ECIU helping write the stimulis package and more than likely Obamas health care plan(s). Also why is Obame putting so many radicals, and even a comunist in key positions. (VanJones is a self proclaimed radical and comunist. Damn near every one he has appointed is a radical. I am a very old man and I learned a long lime ago not to listen to a politican, but watch what they do. And Obama has been doing a lot of lying and taking over to many businesses. He has control of the banks, auto industry, says how much they can earn, and now he wants control of the health care industry. When that happens he will control damn near every aspect of your life. Wake up America, can't you see that him and his goons want to control you? I saw this comming even before the election and I am a registered democrat, but I would not and did notvote for him.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('10356','Glenn','What I do not understand is why is the ECIU helping write the stimulis package and more than likely Obamas health care plan(s).
Ok so the president has a controled town hall meeting, his puppets pick the participants and then he gets to see the questions that he will be asked before hand so he can put his answers on the telepromter. I'm not too impressed with this guy, for all his education he is so out of touch with the world. NO healthcare reform without tort reform first, why is he so against this, might it be the money the lawyers pumped into his campaign? And the term illegal anything why do we care what follows illegal, it doesn't matter it or they are illegal! Everything this man says is a lie, wake up folks he has to go away and get no support before that fact!
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('10268','Richard Norton','Ok so the president has a controled town hall meeting, his puppets pick the participants and then he gets to see the questions that he will be asked before hand so he can put his answers on the telepromter.
The President often says makes reference to the fact that we are "the wealthiest nation on earth" and therefore we should be able to [in this case] "provide affordable health-care to all of its citizens." Note that this argument is frequently used for any number of government iniatives/intrusions into our private lives.

Why does no one challenge this statement by noting that the US is the wealthiest nation on earth precisely because the government does not step into these areas?
Why does no one point out that our choice is really between a system where
1) there are vast disparities in health-care options and usage, but overall the opportunities for health care is better at all levels
and
2) there are not disparities in health-care options and usage (so-called "fairness") but the resulting government control (rationing by any other name remains rationing) will not lead to better opportunities at any level?

While the second option has the attractive label of "fairness," this is a misnomer itself. Will the congress and federal workers belong to this plan?
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('8742','Joe Mandarino','The President often says makes reference to the fact that we are "the wealthiest nation on earth" and therefore we should be able to [in this case] "provide affordable health-care to all of its citizens." Note that this argument is frequently used for any number of government iniatives\/intrusions into our private lives. \n \nWhy does no one challenge this statement by noting that the US is the wealthiest nation on earth precisely because the government does not step into these areas? \nWhy does no one point out that our choice is really between a system where \n1) there are vast disparities in health-care options and usage, but overall the opportunities for health care is better at all levels \nand \n2) there are not disparities in health-care options and usage (so-called "fairness") but the resulting government control (rationing by any other name remains rationing) will not lead to better opportunities at any level? \n \nWhile the second option has the attractive label of "fairness," this is a misnomer itself.
